Our Mission & Values
Re-engineering Professional
Networking for Mutual Intent
Kradoz was founded on a simple premise: open broadcasting and cold messaging have broken professional networking. So we are building a consent-first networking platform where every conversation starts with mutual interest.

The Kradoz Manifesto: Building a Consent-First Networking Platform
Traditional social directories treat human attention like a commodity to be harvested by cold sales software and
automated recruiters. As a result, inboxes become polluted, high-value professionals retreat, and finding a co-founder or
mentor feels like searching for a needle in a haystack of spam.
We built Kradoz to restore dignifying boundary controls and mutual consent. By coupling optional
verification with double opt-in swiping, we guarantee that when a notification lights up your phone, it represents
someone who explicitly wants to talk to you about a shared goal.
1. Intentionality
Above all, we prioritize goals, technical stack, and
shared ambitions over vanity job titles
and company names.
2. Authenticity
In addition, optional LinkedIn OAuth verification
protects our community from fake
accounts, bots, and anonymous
scrapers.
3. Respect & Consent
Zero cold DMs. Instead, messaging unlocks
strictly when both members opt in,
ensuring high enthusiasm on both
sides.
4. Global Mobility
Finally, Teleportation Hubs empower
professionals to build global networks
across major innovation capitals
seamlessly.

Why We Built a Consent-First Networking Platform
Professional networks were designed for broadcast. You publish, everyone can see it, and anyone can message you off the back of it. That worked when the volume was low. It stopped working the moment outreach became automated, and the cost of sending a thousand messages fell to almost nothing while the cost of reading them stayed exactly where it was.
The result is an inbox tax paid by the most useful people in any network. Senior engineers, active investors and experienced founders are the ones who receive the most unsolicited contact, so they are the ones who disengage first. In other words, the people worth reaching become the hardest to reach, and the network gets less valuable the more it grows.
What a Consent-First Networking Platform Changes
In contrast, Kradoz starts from the opposite default. Nobody can message you until you have both indicated interest, which means there is no unsolicited inbox to defend. Profiles are verified through LinkedIn, so the professional identity behind a match is checkable. And matching runs on stated intent — co-founder, mentor, research partner — rather than on whoever happens to be nearby in a graph.
That single change alters who benefits. A consent-first networking platform is worth more to a busy person than an open one, because the only conversations that reach them are ones they chose. Our How it Works page sets out the mechanics, the feature list covers verification and filters in detail, and Kradoz vs. LinkedIn compares the two models directly.
