1. Acceptance of These Networking App Terms of Service
By accessing or using the Kradoz application, web platform, or related services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you may not access or use Kradoz.
2. Eligibility & LinkedIn Verification
You must be at least 18 years of age to use Kradoz. You represent that your account credentials and professional history provided through LinkedIn OAuth are accurate and reflect your genuine identity. Account creation using fraudulent, impersonated, or automated bot profiles is strictly prohibited.
3. Community Code of Conduct & Anti-Spam Policy
Kradoz is dedicated to maintaining a high-signal, mutual consent environment. Users agree NOT to:
- Send automated sales pitches, cold promotional spam, or mass recruitment templates.
- Harass, intimidate, or abuse other members.
- Scrape, crawl, or extract user profile data for external distribution
Violations of these guidelines will result in immediate and permanent account termination.
4. Subscriptions & Billing (Kradoz Pro)
Core matching is free. Kradoz Pro subscriptions are billed on a monthly or annual basis. You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings prior to the next billing cycle.
5. Limitation of Liability
Kradoz provides a discovery platform for professionals. We do not guarantee specific startup funding outcomes, employment offers, or business partnership results. Users are responsible for exercising due diligence prior to entering business agreements with matches.
